Effective date: October 13, 2025
Website: https://phizenix.com
Phizenix (“Phizenix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AI infrastructure consulting and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about visitors to our website (the “Site”) and prospective or current customers and partners. It also describes your choices and rights.
Note: This template is provided for convenience and is not legal advice. Laws vary by location and situation. Please review with counsel for your use case.
What we collect
a) Information you provide directly
• Contact details (name, email, phone, company, role) when you submit forms, book meetings, download content, or contact us.
• Account and communications information, including messages you send to us and your marketing preferences.
• Billing information (when purchasing paid services), handled by our payment providers.
• Client content/data you choose to share with us for discovery, scoping, pilots, or delivery of services (see “Processor vs Controller” below).
b) Information collected automatically
• Usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, links clicked, and referring/exit pages.
• Cookies and similar technologies for analytics, site performance, and advertising/retargeting (for example, LinkedIn Insight Tag). See “Cookies & ads” below.
c) Information from third parties
• Advertising and analytics partners (for example, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics) may provide aggregated or inferred data about site traffic and campaign performance.
• Public/partner sources (for example, events, referrals) may share business contact details consistent with applicable laws.
How we use information
We use information to:
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
• Respond to inquiries; schedule demos/consultations; send administrative messages.
• Run marketing and sales programs, including personalization, retargeting, and measurement of ad campaigns.
• Analyze Site performance and improve content.
• Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, or misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
• With your consent, for any additional purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (for example, business operations, product/service improvement, marketing to existing/prospective customers), and legal obligation.
Cookies & ads
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure/serve ads (including retargeting). You can manage preferences via your browser settings and, where implemented, our cookie banner. Some third-party tools include LinkedIn Insight Tag and analytics platforms.
Choices
• Cookie controls: Use our cookie banner (where available) or your browser to block/limit cookies.
• Ad preferences: Adjust settings on platforms like LinkedIn or use industry opt-outs (for example, NAI/DAA where applicable).
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing of personal information where required by law.
When we share information
We may share information with:
• Service providers and processors (hosting, analytics, CRM, email, payment, security, advertising). These parties are bound by confidentiality and process data on our instructions.
• Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality.
• Legal/disclosure requirements (to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, safety, or property).
• Business transfers (merger, financing, acquisition).
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” or “sell” (as defined under some state laws) identifiers and internet activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. See “Your rights” below for opt-out choices.
Processor vs Controller (client data)
• For website visitors and marketing contacts, Phizenix is a controller (we determine purposes/means of processing).
• For client-provided data processed to deliver our services, Phizenix generally acts as a processor (processing per our contract and client instructions). Our data processing terms (including security measures and international transfer mechanisms) apply to that processing.
International data transfers
We may transfer, store, and process information outside your country (including the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement technical and organizational measures to protect data.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy (for example, to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements). Retention periods vary by data category and context.
Your rights and choices
EEA/UK
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents have the right to know and access specific pieces and categories of personal information we collect, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients; to delete and correct personal information; to opt out of sale/share of personal information; to limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We may “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use our cookie banner or contact us to exercise rights.
Submitting requests: Email privacy@phizenix.com. We may verify your request and, where permitted, respond through an authorized agent.

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
