Phizenix is proud to sponsor Agile Open Northern California 2025, taking place April 24–25 in San Ramon, CA. This year’s theme, “From Mindset to Heart-set,” invites us to go beyond Agile practices and frameworks, and instead focus on the authenticity, connection, and humanity we bring to our work.

‍

As our CEO Khursheed Irani shared in her recent LinkedIn post, this theme resonates on a personal level. After 15 years of hiring and working alongside Agile coaches, she reflects on the relationships built in the Agile community — many of whom will be in the room this week. “I’m genuinely looking forward to putting faces to names and sharing real conversations,” she notes.

But Agile Open NorCal isn’t your typical conference. It’s powered by Open Space Technology, which means there’s no preset agenda. Instead, attendees co-create the topics, leading to highly relevant, timely, and authentic discussions — all driven by the participants themselves.

‍

Whether you're a seasoned Agile practitioner, a change agent driving transformation, or simply curious about how Agile intersects with emerging technologies like AI, Agile Open NorCal offers something unique: space for real dialogue, peer learning, and community connection.

‍

Our Phizenix team is especially excited to explore conversations around:

  • AI-powered Agile workflows

  • Agile transformation strategies

  • Creating sustainable Agile cultures

  • Infusing more “heart” into leadership and collaboration

‍

If you're attending, we’d love to connect. We’re looking forward to learning with and from this vibrant community.

‍

See you in San Ramon — let’s co-create, connect, and lead with heart.
